Our Story

Bella & Oliver was founded by Hallie Finch, a surface pattern designer and mother of two, with a love for timeless style and playful design.

After working in the world of print and pattern design as a surface pattern designer, Hallie began dreaming of something more personal. As a mom, she wanted clothing for her own children that felt extra special — soft enough for snuggles, timeless in style, playful enough for everyday adventures, and made from quality fabric to be loved today and handed down tomorrow.

Influenced by her Southern roots, Hallie has long been drawn to timeless silhouettes — those charming, heirloom-inspired details that evoke nostalgia and grace. She pairs that sense of tradition with her love of color and imagination, bringing each piece to life with her hand-drawn prints.

Named after her two little ones, Bella & Oliver is a love letter to childhood — created to celebrate the wonder, the mess, and the magic of these fleeting years.
